Tried to read the novel TL at first but it just felt really boring, the manga is better since you get pretty art but the pacing is still sorta off. It's a pity since from what I've seen the plot is actually really interesting.Spoiler
MC was originally an innocent lower level demon bunny. The demon faction instigated a fight (?) and the humans led by a "hero" responded by killing all demons, including the poor MC who was just eating grass and stumbled into them. MC gets reborn as a human and ends up the fiance of a descendant of the hero (the 2nd prince) but it turns out he's hiding a demon wolf who he's trying to wake up so he can help it achieve its wish. There's some interesting parts where the author via MC points out that history is heavily biased and the humans were just as bad as the demons. A big focus of MC and ML's relationship seems to be the MC's fear of the hero but accepting that the ML is different from his ancestor.
