This is honestly such a great story. There are so many good reviews already and I agree to them.

It's just I took off a star because of the repetitiveness of the story that at some point, I just read it for the sake of finishing it.

There are too many characters in the story, I was quite saddened for the fact that Su Qinglan and some others were barely mentioned in the middle of the story towards the end. There are too many characters, yet some of them were forgotten somewhere along the road.

There are so much potential in this story and if the author decided to explore each character in depth, I would definitely read.

Don't let reviews discourage you from reading this, without a doubt, it's a great story and plenty heartwarming.
