This story is really funny, the whole gender bender aspect of it is really a back burner explanation for why the MC is so clueless with women but overall it makes the magical girl aspect that much funnier. In name, they are a magical girl but in reality they are treated like a horseman of the apocalypse, which is a funny dynamic.It looks like it might have yuri harem potential but idk yet so I'll have to keep reading to find out.
