Look, I'm not going to rate it. I didn't finish it. But I will say... I don't like it.

Perhaps I was expecting a slower development? Actual h*mophobia with the ML, and the gradual softening of the relationship between the MC and ML? I wasn't expecting the MC to be described as so beautiful he could automatically make our ML blush from day 1 with his looks. There's this insta love aspect that is essentially disguised by ML's denial—no slow burn or appreciation for each other's personalities. MC is just repeatedly described as the Helen of Troy from the first 20~ chapters (how far I got, sue me).

Like yeah, ML and MC aren't dislikable characters, and they do have attractive personalities (MC = calm + lazy, ML = cold + big dog +respectful), but I don't like that this story runs 2x speed romance-wise with every character interaction. Perhaps this works for people expecting something extremely light-hearted, but I don't think light-heartedness prevents depth (for the problems both characters face, I was expecting a little more nuance with their characters) or a slower pace, so I'm dropping.

Maybe it'll pick up pace after 20+ chapters, maybe this novel will stay the same. But I, with an attention span of a toddler, cannot continue on.
