I really like the MC and ML's relationship. They start out as strangers bound by marriage, then they slowly become friends and fall in love as they get to know each other. The first life was definitely the saddest - it made me cry the most. There's also no non-con or drugs, which is a plus for me.The MTL is pretty easy to understand. The main story is finished, but the extras are still ongoing.
