This cute story is between a 3 and a 4 for me - has potential to be better. There wasn't enough character development/explanation. Then again, it sounds like this is a spinoff from another story, so that might be why it's so short?

Would be nice to see the story from Sean's POV. I think his inner thoughts would be hilarious, lol. There wasn't enough explanation about the antagonists either - the mystery was actually kind of interesting but then it just flopped at the reveal.

This book started off interesting. Then it just went all over. The characters stories are all over the place. The poor girl Stella is suffering throughout. This book basically shows how a female is mentally and physically abused and stuck with no help or love.
