I really liked this novel. It was a fresh perspective on a story I already kind of know (through dramas). The two leads balance each other out in a lot of ways. I enjoyed the protagnist's POV and how we still see him use some skills/knowledge from his past life. The translation is amazing with great attention to detail. The footnotes were also very helpful. I would totally recommend this to anyone who enjoys historical romance without too much politics.
