I really liked it at first. The interactions with the animals were very cute, and the focus on his peaceful existence in a very not peaceful tower was great. It didn't last. The MC transitions into spending as much time enslaving everyone around him as farming. The contract mechanics are extremely poorly thought out, too. No signatures necessary, no consent necessary, and they can be changed on a whim by one party (10 year ens*avement to cover a debt can be unilaterally changed to whatever length wanted, with no recourse.) It remains written in a cutesy style, so I managed to ignore the horrific content, but once I thought about it, I couldn't ignore how evil the MC really is. He is truly immoral.
