It is good but extremely similar with the [Death is the only ending for the villainess] with gender-reversed characters.Similarities so far: abusive adopted noble family, which overlaps with MC's real-world family and have questionable motivation for neglect/ab*se, game elements, MC roleplaying OGMC (why is he talking about someone else's experience as his own?) and making the family go through guilt-trips, elder siblings have similar personalities, blackmailing abusive maid into loyal person in the 1st arc, transmigration right after independence from the family and supposedly after some health problems.Talking about romance, this novel fortunately doesn't have a harem or step-cest and has only 1 romantic interest, who appears quite late and seemed to be briefly acquainted with OGMC. Affection system doesn't work on her and she didn't appear in the game, so thankfully MC doesn't need to emotionally manipulate her into loving him and abandon later (why does this exists in DITOEFTV?) The MC is hellbent on clearing the game and returning home. I am not really sure if he considers real the world he transmigrated into since he is constantly using game terminology when thinking about his future actions and the system urges him to make a lot of choices (not missions/events/quests, but certain dialogue lines), which he can't really adjust.
