An Unexpected Pregnancy with the Fake Husband’s Child Chapter Completed Discussion

It's not a bad story as I was invested from beginning to end. But, it was a bit difficult at times due to name mix-ups. Not sure if it was the author or the translator - could be either, as authors do lose their way sometimes. We've all read stories where the translator notes that the author has suddenly changed a character's name.

There are also some parts of the story that are nonsensical/illogical. I had to suspend belief at times. For example, why, when the MC went back to his family of doctors did they not do a full workup? Instead, they only examined his eyes? After having a career in a hospital, this made no sense.
