The MC is so chill and spoiled (since his sickly), ML is so good with MC.

Not much drama, it's monotonous for others since there's not much misunderstanding. They communicate well. No rush, No g*ooming since both of them realized their feelings on their own.

It's really just a story with lots of fluffs, a tiny bit of drama, the antagonists are dumb in the end.
