(The translation is amazing, very clear, very easy to read and understanding. 1 KR chapter = 3 ENG chapters. The chapters are long but quality remains, so I am really grateful for the translator's hard work! I wish them all the best 💟!) The MC is a strong, cunning and smart character from the start, but she has a very pitiful background story. I can't help but sympathize with her.It has some cliches from this genre: a pitiful & neglected daughter, a distant and cold father and grandfather (that'll lover her to death, tsundere), two brothers (one wild, one cunning; always pampering her). I love it! 🤩 It's my guilty pleasure heheheIt's not a masterpiece writing, but it's very entertaining. But one thing I really didn't like is the lacking of detailed family bond scenes... I mean, it's fun to read the MC making plans and acting like a Behind The Scenes Master™ but I miss some scenes with just her and her family. Not just a passing scene, but a full chapter describing their interactions, their dialogues, their inner monologues... (I'll rate when I finish the novel)
