Hold up y'all! Hear me out! Really! Most bad ratings must be from the beginning. It does get to the spice, but it's got a VERY slow start. No spoilers: It spends about 20 chapters explaining the childhood situation, then when everyone's grown up, it just teases you for a million chapters. I would've thrown my phone in frustration if I read it before the scenes came out. BUT!This is how intense it gets: The original author accidentally inserted a second version of the couple's first time. They must not have had an editor (or there was an upload error), had several ideas how things could go, and got too excited. That's got to show you how much the author cared about getting there, right? And also: bam, you get more of the content much more after that point, too.Why did I read 80 or 90 chapters of just plot and some gentle-spice teasing? Because they were great! Not really the kid part, I think they should've been more like 10. The whole being only 6 thing? Lots of weird vibes. Awkward to read. After those chapters, though... I would've enjoyed the novel even without the extra treat of smut. I'm excited for when it's completed.
