I can't help it but compare this novel to " the mistress runs away" both mls are tr*sh, no, the word tr*sh is lacking to describe these kind of men. ML got MPD same as " my husband changes at night". Well, no matter what kind of disorder he has, still, he's a total garbage. Can't wait to read the escape arc although ML will capture her again.Based on the first few chaps, ML is not trustworthy at all. Imagine he called his own son unpleasant just because the child resembles him (?) He even called him a nuisance and separate the child from his mother just because he wanted to spend the whole night with her, that is why he washed every nooks and crannies of her body and then wore her a negligee that is so daring that it didn't cover her body at all. For what (?) To just sleep with her? Wtf, he wanted to pounce on her instantly that is why he's seducing her.ML is a total bastard, he didn't kept his promise to her and instead he escorted another woman on the day of the debutante ball. He hurt he so many times and yet he's acting like a devout husband to his wife, I feel like my stomach churns. This ML is irredeemable
