It's fine. I like the semi-aggressive female lead. But the problem is the pace. Another commenter noted at chapter 19 that it so slow. It's actually agonizingly slow. Chapter 53 and I feel like Spoiler
the relationship has not yet even STARTED. She just realized that being the warrior's mother involves... uh... mothering a child? I guess that wasn't, you know, obvious to her or something. She was DTF but now she's gotta be DTP (parent). I dunno.
[collapse]Anyway, with the snail's pace of the story, I have no curiosity about new chapters, because I actually know at this point that nothing major will happen. It's just agonizingly drawn out and I d0n't find myself craving updates. I'm going to stick this in my category of "wait4it" where I ignore novels until they have enough chapters to hopefully get some plot development.
