good premise but MC is ableist af. Arc 1, "ml" has mania and other stuff he's dealing with that genuinely make him a danger to himself and others (genuinely as he's a boxer in an underground fighting ring and there are a lot of fights on and off the ring.) MC takes charge of ml's medication (injections) to literally throw it in the tr*sh and refuse to give it to ml. He ignores everyone about ML being a danger and his past actions, pushes aside ml's canon diagnosis, and keeps ML in a little box in his mind labelled "bullied mute kid forced to fight." he ACTIVELY pushes back against anything that would challenge that narrative, and the whole time the ML is walking around, growing more and more manic and triggerhappy with his fists.if MC wasn't protect by the power of love plot armor, he'd be in the hospital rn alongside everyone else ML has vented on.moral of this is do NOT take away or interfere with ANYONE's meds, esp if you don't know the situation or have the proper education. Don't be like MC.
