Living As the Villainess Queen Chapter 158 Discussion

I finally dropped it at chapter 158.

Pros

-The world building is very interesting and new

-The Story idea was very intriguing and the main reason I kept reading because I wanted to know what was going on

-Slow burn Romance

Cons

-MC is just all over the place. If I had a dollar for every time she brings up her novel out of context I'd be living in a villa. It feels like the author has dementia and doesn't know what they've already mentioned before or at what point in the character arc she is supposed to be. MC just keeps going in circles.

-Every unnecessary detail gets mentioned over and over again, but actual new information and progress happens only every 50 chapters.

-This whole thing could've definitely been 100 chapters shorter

-ML is likeable but because of the structure of the storytelling and MC's decisions, he doesn't actually get to shine

In summary I came here because someone recommended this novel in the comment section of Predatory Marriage and I am disappointed.

I keep seeing people mentioning "Lucia" so I'll check that one out next I guess
