I wasn't sure about this story at first, but after 15 chapters or so it's slowly starting to come around. The story is a pretty typical for the genre, but the characters are becoming well developed instead of the usual cookie cutter tropes that many authors seem to push and the author blends in just enough comedy into to make it enjoyable. If I had any knock to give it so far is that the MC seems to go off on random tangents from time to time pushing his real world views onto readers, but they aren't that common and if you ignore them then its building up to be a good story. Well worth the read.
