- The novel premise is an interesting adaptation to a well known fairy tale
- Towards 50-60 chapters the plot of novel becomes remarkably predictable.
- As it's so predictable, the premise becomes boring and annoying to read, you know what's going to happen and you know what the ending is going to be. There's no mystery and this just continues to further bore you.
- Spoiler
you absolutely know that the shou is going to be thoughtless ab*sed until either A. ML gets his memories back, or B ML falls in love again
- There's really not much more to it, that's the entire novel summed up and I don't even need to read anymore to know it
[collapse] - Magic is entirely misplaced in this novel, I'm convinced that if it wasn't a useful tool, then the author simply wouldn't use it.
- Overall, the novel started well but fell of hard, this my 2/5
