Fun read. I haven't finished it but maybe sometime soon. Will say the author sometimes uses a bit of filler in the story, and I will agree the romance is SLOW. I read another review saying this, and yes it's true you really won't see much of the actual romance for a very long time.Moving onto the novel itself, the MC is cold, apathetic, and cunning to the point where he can use anyone as a chess piece, while the ML is ruthless, a bit playful, and obsessed with killing. I think the characters are well written and have their own distinct characteristics. The story plot, direction, and 'npcs' are all nicely portrayed. I like the dash of face slapping in it too.This novel is definitely not for everyone, and if you haven't seen the tag, yes there is a non-con r*pe scene.Spoiler
(Slight r*pe scene spoiler: It's to be expected, they're both mental cases but ML was amnesic and possessed, so do what you will with that information)
