4.5*Read it in three days. it's one of those story with classic troupes but with good execution, the smuts are very good it send butterflies in my stomach.The MC personality hit close to home, I love that the ML teach him to have confidence, MC have so many psychological shadows... It's truly the results of not loving a child properly, the parents fault completely.The climax aren't dramatic enough imo (I thought the brothers would settle it dramatically with shouting and punching at the mom bday party in front of all the guests lmao) and a bit cliche with the running away fr ML thing.Qingqing are wholesome, his family too, I like them very much.The antagonists (except hyc) are straight cardboard cutout esp mc's family, though it's probably for sending the message about mc's experience and the explanation for his doormat personality.And just a personal miff about the worldbuilding that even though human lifespan has prolonged up to 150 y.o but most of the characters are exceptionally young, MC is 27 (reasonable ig), hyc 25, qingqing 17, ML is 32 and already a mayor, his personality are more suited to those above 35 imo, he's charming and sexy but his qualifications make him garry stu in my eyes, not to mention that his assistants and subordinate are in their early to mid 20's too... Also at the end I wish author would show more about MC ex husband fate but the author write a note that he's still in the tr*sh mindset and can't change much.Overall this is quite entertaining and very much erotic, those who like pregnancy kink and NTR should read this.
