So many characters, especially later on, have such terrible personalities. Everyone is so arrogant and I really don’t understand the appeal for characters like that, they just irritate me. It’s the same thing with tsunderes, it’s just mind-boggling how popular they are, to me it’s akin to so many people believing in flat-earth theory. Like how is that possible? Why do you enjoy reading about the MC getting treated like sh*t so much? Are you a sad*st or masochist or something? I don’t understand this world and it’s so disappointing because I could enjoy so many stories if it weren’t for tsunderes and annoying characters, but alas that is my luck, I wish there were some stories without tsunderes or many arrogant characters, but they don’t exist. I can tolerate a little bit of them, like a few chapters and then they get destroyed and their personality changes, but when it’s recurring, like it is in most novels, it’s so f*cking annoying. I would be so much happier if novels had characters with likable personalities, but I guess that’s just my life
