Sci-Fi is quite an underutilized genre in the current climate, saturated by cookie-cutter isekais and such; I always welcome novels which try to include Sci-Fi themes and elements into their settings.

This one had the makings of a moderately interesting VRMMO story, even if it used some tropes from the genre. However, it was cut before the story could even really start.

Seeing novels like this, killed before they even had a chance to develop, always makes me sad, irrespective of personal inclinations towards the settings themselves. Seeing as there was real potential here only exacerbates that feeling for me.

There's no point in reading this now. The Narou (raws) page from the original author seems to have been deleted; all we are left with is 9 chapters of exposition, and no payoff.
