Note that I didnt even finish the first chapI mean... I should've known as the literal image and synopsis explained it, but I clicked on hoping it wouldn't be extreme furry fantasy... but no, the character introduced in few paragraphs I read are all western furries, where the ones with fur covered bodies and animal shaped heads... so I can't really recommend unless you got a furry delusion and need help. Based off cover image it does seem to have actual humanoids like demons (?) and traditional eastern beastman chars who are human but just with ears/tail
