its just... ok?

it's a cute story at first but then the pacing goes weird and so many plot points are tied poorly. The romance isn't really convincing and the resolution of some characters left a bad taste in my mouth. (aka the second male lead). His treatment and the story itself makes you feel like it's the og plot of a story in which a girl who felt frustrated for him transmigrates into a book to change his sad fate. HAAHAHA

The change in the ML's personality makes sense but I feel like the shift in romance was just a tad bit weird. I like the personality of the FL, very naive but and cute, but not too annoying which kind of makes sense with her setting as a low IQ little fox demon. But idk, maybe at the same time, her setting made it hard for me to take her seriously as a FL if that makes sense. She doesn't get stronger/smarter in the journey and her only buff was her past life setting. I like the fact that she distinguishes herself different from the past and she sticks to her views and opinions, but also it makes me feel bad for her past life self that didn't get happiness whatsoever.

It's kinda a short, light hearted read, but it's definitely forgettable and a bit unsatisfying in a sense. It's still cute tho.
