I can't remember the last light novel I enjoyed this much, but I basically spent the entire day reading through it nonstop and don't regret it. The age gap yuri is nice, but also the radio segments are just a lot of fun if you're okay with the script format they are written in. Even romantic feelings aside, the dynamic of "has-been voice actress in her late 20's" and "up-and-coming voice actress not yet graduated from high school" shines through and develops quite a bit, not just for comedy but also in more serious moments. That said, if you can't get on board with the 10 year age gap here, I don't know why you would even start reading. The issues aren't exactly glossed over or anything, but there also isn't really much in the way of strong opposition against the main couple getting together, at least in the form of obvious villain characters. Everyone is mostly reasonable, or maybe even a little unreasonable in how little they object (though in some cases simply not taking the possibility seriously to begin with). The characters also actually try to talk through their problems together, so moments of drama don't tend to get dragged out as a result.
