It's just starting (7 chapters), so five stars represent potential. Isekai reincarnation aside, story has a lot of unique ideas and MC dept. While it's not comedy, there are quite a few funny moments but they don't diminish seriousness.update (chapter 19) :Author seems to have made backstory for all recurring characters but is not rushing it. There were few teases but currently plot is moving in a more global way. Still holds up.
