Title's not accurate to the plot? This is a more of a fun light read, nothing gritty or deep. Don't expect an epic, involved story -- it has maids, some sort of system, cat ear headbands, and that usual thing about s*aves these genres seem to have a weird obsession with.Premise is, MC is reborn in a fantasy world with a danger-sense gift that tells him how to survive. It gives MC advice or instruction for both long-term and moment-to-moment threats. Basically, if there's even a tiny chance at survival it lets him take and exploit it. So far this is less OP than you'd think as he's fairly untalented and there's JRPG-ish power level nonsense out there. It's as though DBZ's Yamcha had the ability to win against anyone he could win against. Woo-hoo.This skill has had him pretty much serving his own maid because it alerted him to never make her upset -- she has world-ender potential, a badly overinflated ego, and a toxic personality. When she finally leaves of her own volition MC unclenches for the first time in two decades and decides that, between that and him being the only reason his family is financially solvent, he's earned some pampering. On the hunt for a new maid to do so his skill activates again, telling him to pick a specific girl who basically has protagonist blessings. I'm not certain if MC is going to see power creep, imo it would be better if he doesn't since that's so bloody rare but we'll see where it goes.------------------------------------Translation quality is decent enough, some gender pronoun shenanigans dotted around and a few mistakes but from what I recall I didn't see any noticeable repeat issues.
