Before I Died, I Forcibly Kissed The Heroine Chapter 20 Discussion

Why waste the 1st 10 chapters with exposition dump? And overexplain the beginning plot points? Why bother with the setting BEFORE the author established the MC as a character?

It has all the signs: generic MC, a lack of overarching plot, the author's tendency for instant gratification and payoff... not to mention that there is no chance this will end on its higher note, seeing there are 300+ chapters.

So, I will call it as I see it: villain flavor self insert, filler edition.
