Note: At this point, I have read up to 166 translated chapters, 334 MTL chapters, and skimmed through the rest so my opinion is subject to change if new information pops up.

For the first section of the story, I was anticipating what story the author was going to tell. Based on the summary, the story was going to be a complex one with a protagonist that has depth. Unfortunately, that was different from the final product.

Three things to beware of that might be solved with the translation are action, pacing, and character interactions. Pacing is the least likely to be fixed as it is difficult to justify how much the author includes, doesn't include, and speeds past in a blink and you miss it kind of way. That leaves action and character interaction. The action only serves to get from point a to point b with character interaction being used to 'justify' how the author sets up the characters in proportion to each other despite the little weight they hold.

After the initial summary, the protagonist's inclusion actively works against the story. This is despite his apparent absence for the majority of the story. Different from fanfictions that try and spin their own narratives around their protagonists, this one actively tries to have its own out of the way from the second the original story begins.

Not going to lie: the story suffers from major story friction where the events of the story do not match what the world and the reader says should happen. Personal recommendation is to read another fanfiction instead. (Super Card System pulls off what this ending tried to do but better at the cost of a weaker foundation. Of course, you are free to your own devices as this is only a personal opinion.)
