Examples of this:
- Glen is the most powerful person, but he never kills anyone, he just talks and threathens but never acts. And the time he did act, no one died, nothing got done.
- When Sheryl and Raon tried to save the saint, Sheryl which was a grandmaster and Raon which wasn't even a master... and as always Sheryl job was to block and Raon's job was to save and take the glory.
- Aris which is a trascendent and fought with Raon against Kaiba, got nothing done, her job was to block attacks and let Raon take the Glory.
- When Wrath incarnated through Raon, he didn't kill nor finished anything. Just saved Raon and healed the others. He fought and "shine" but the author didn't let him finish anyone so he doesn't outshine the MC.
This sadly creates a story were it doesn't matter how powerful an ally or enemy is. You know they are never going to kill or finish anyone or anything, because the job to finish or kill things is MC's job.
[collapse]ConclusionPower fantasy novel with a lot of plot armor and formulaic/repetitive development. Humor is also repetitive. Nonetheless, this is a webnovel, and even though it's frustrating that no character outside the MC will kill or finish things, it's entertaining which is the ultimate goal at the end of the day.
