At the beginning of the book, I had really enjoyed reading this. Although "MC raising a cub villain" isn't really my troupe, I still found the plot really interesting that I couldn't stop reading it, and I especially love how the overall narrations was an easy read. The little Villain arc was my favorite. The MC and ML were very cute together. MC is such a caring, doting, and protective big brother to ML; While ML is those typical scheming ML who would do any means, even by committing a crime, just so he could always stay together with MC forever. Is it strange for a 11 year old kid to be mature, scheming and evil? For me, No. Why? Because he's made like that, he's one of the most important person in that book hence he should be made different. After the huge timeskip, and ML is now a grown up villain, it was then I immediately found things unbearable to read. This isn't about me disliking the brave-MC-turned-weak-MC, because it's pretty reasonable. But it's about how the plot turned bland for me, and sometimes confusing, that I slowly lose the fun into reading it.I actually felt bad because I really enjoyed reading the book from the beginning. The plot used to be exciting and thrilling; The little ML drinking vinegar is the cutest thing; The little ML fulfilling his villainous character is the coolest thing. (I can't understand why everybody is hating him for it, isn't cleared by the MC that he was already an abnormal kid to begin with and is made to be a 'villain' through and through?) ; And the MC being an overprotective parent to little ML.Then somehow, MC lose his IQ, and the grown-up ML somehow lose his villain aura and instead turned into a sticky puppy, which is such a huge bummer. One of the worsest thing is when ML revealed his romantic feelings towards MC to an admirer, and MC just casually accepted it without having struggles or thinking common sense things in this situation. Perhaps because MC was at it's vulnerable state at that time, and is terribly missing ML, that he just accepted ML's feelings even if he should've felt weirder for it at the beginning.oh well.... setting asides those, even if I stopped reading halfway, it was still such a fun ride. The little Villain arc was very wholesome and thrilling, that I felt depressed when the plot turned bland in the future chapters. Still, I thought that this story still deserved my 4 stars.
