Surviving as a Mid-Boss Henchman Chapter 12 Discussion

There is a system that forces our MC down a path. If the FL dies he dies. Also there is an academy arc in the works and I am now sure our MC is about to go full fix it on the story.

Honestly, I'm done with this story.

Its too generic, the MC is bound to be a white knight wannabe simp, cheat items are already appearing out of nowhere and a master thief class just happens to fall into his lap due to plot. Like dude how much BS must occur before enough power ups is considered enough? We both know that all these abilities are just pointless since the world's power scaling will make everything he has done so far moot.

So in other words, I'd love to start the actual story instead of reading how cool our MC is by abusing his game knowledge for items, and avoid the times his knowledge becomes faulty for some needless drama.

For example we have the FL being some hidden knight. An OP teenager who some how died to bandits in the canon story.... a start to a bad trend of faulty world building.

So, either the MC knows everything, or he knows nothing. This inbetween isn't something I enjoy at all since the presentation is all over the place. Add on the plot being forced down our throats, and you get this mess.
