im too early in the novel to officially rate it, im not even going to.

When I first read the story summary it gave me the impression that the MC transmigrates into a poor-ish family and uses social media to get famous off-handy. And indeed it is! but.... every time I read about how desperate she is for the money and what she does for the extra fame is a bit unpleasant to read given how she is constantly said to have this noble bearing and all.

personally there is way to much drama for me to chew and swallow easily, its like there's trouble at every corner, or for every step she takes. Its not that those troubles should not exist but that they should be given some time before happening!

i actually also find it so s*upid for her to continue taking those college courses, Who is she pretending for? Her mother had already known so why is she struggling so hard to pretend to be someone shes not? She is clear that the original body had come to the uni for a boy-not because she loved it so much, because if she was worried about orig. feelings she wouldn't have thrown out what the original had found so precious-that shoes collection she had kept which the MC tried to sell off.

As someone else mentioned the original ending up in the MC's previous body and taking over as queen is just terrible. I mean she was originally a bad person and had a horrid-ish character but still does not suffer as much as the MC? Its pretty ironic to me. I mean the MC has all memories of the prev. body owner and so she also has memories of the MC-meaning calligraphy, playing the guqin mannerisms etc... whereas our MC hardly receives any benefits from her, her piano skills you say? nothing worth mentioning!

im not saying I hate the story, these flaws are ignored as you read the novel but once you stop to analyze they can be picked easily. But again the multiple character flaws seem to be there so that the character growth can be highlighted more.

Leaving the plot aside, id like to talk a bit about the MC and ML's relationship. Honestly in my view the guy doesn't seem to like her as deeply as it was implied, nor does he have particular care for her. Im not saying he is a horrible person but he isn't the most concerned bf either.

their relationship started pretty early (considering how long this novel is) but they both liked each other so it was alright and cute. After the ML found out about MC's dad being in prison he never even felt like he should help the MC who has obviously been struggling for so long due to this, and yet another man is the one who helped. Yes, drunk driving is horrible but for him to just judge the father based on this wasn't very good not to mention how he cruelly said that he should stay in a few more years to not affect MC yet doesn't realize the longer he stays the more she shall suffer. Basically he's never there when he is supposed to.

after they got into a relationship they haven't even been out on a date-yes maybe it'll happen in the future chapters idk but I just think that the should have at least been on one proper date earlier. Honestly some characters I have to say are very well written and realistic. especially the guy who plays the violin. I really liked his character. in the start I really disliked him and thought of him as a fickle man but he later proved to be otherwise. Another one of my favorites would be the violin players ex-gf, she is what every woman-or at least i-aspire to be character wise.

the plot is not entirely bad its interesting ig but for me who went in with very high expectations I was even more disappointed.

i do think this has potential and there will be many people who would love it, and I would have too had I not have already read multiple such novels with similar rising from the ashes trope.
