Medium quality. I personally find it to be too much self insert but maybe others would be fine with it? The problem is the MC's personality. He starts acting out of character and eventually becomes a different person. It is actually impressive in a way because none of the characters are particularly deep. So it becomes very obvious that this is just the author imagining himself as the MC.

Other than that, this is the same thing you see from other mediocre stories from this genre. The MC has a broken power which draws in super talented people to help him build a wonderful kingdom and all obstacles are easily overcome. Also multiple amazing women are determined to have s*x with him and fight for his affection.

It is not good enough to recommend but if you read the genre, you might as well give it a shot to see if you like it. The genre in this case would be kingdom building and whatever you call these stories where the MC has a cheat and everything is easy for them.
