I give up mtl because my brain isn't braining, but so far of what I've read, I'm liking the progression and the characters. ABO settings isn't yet important to the story except to showcase that male-male relationship is okay and the existing class discrimination based on dominant or recessive gender.dunno if it matters, but their gender are Spoiler
MC is recessive alpha, ML is dominant alpha. They are basically a gay alpha-alpha couple.
[collapse]MC's character is fresh, he has one goal, to live freely without restraints, and he ditched everything and everyone that bothers him. He tried hard to focus on himself and the character is pretty consistent. I also like ML, and some might say he fell in love quickly, but I think his characterization rationalized that, just saying that ML didn't feel out of place or pushy.Plot wise, it's still in the 'calm before storm' phase. ML starts to notice that he might be liking MC, and MC has felt pain from his disease but wasn't too bothered with it. No one else knew (except the assistant) and no sickness-reveal yet. I'm waiting for the reveal and angst but the mtl got weirder and I got tired.Give it a try, I don't know why the rating is so low and while some of it rang true for the novels, I haven't seen anything problematic to correspond the 1-stars. Can't wait for the translation!
