Excellent exploration on the transmigration genre!

The plot, characters, and world-building are well-crafted. Each arc is fairly self-contained (featuring new worlds and new characters) but linked together by an overarching mystery that runs throughout the entire novel.

The author knows her tropes but she takes it to another level. Each arc features heavy world-building and character exploration and it's so exciting to see the novel explore different aspects of people and the human psyche in creative situations. The themes get fairly dark Spoiler

features: domestic violence, emotional ab*se, suicidal thoughts, betrayal, s*xual ab*se...

[collapse] but these themes are tastefully explored and treated carefully. Also, MC and ML are wonderful together and a great example of a compassionate and healthy couple which I love.

There is no glorification of abusive relationships... Only stories of healing (as guided by our lovely and compassionate MC) and that's something that's really unique to this novel and also a part of what makes it so incredibly captivating to read.

Highly recommend!
