Tbh I came for plot. But the story sheesh its not bad at all. Though I don't really understand the MC's reason for leaving. The main reason is that he has no real plane except escape, also no real motivation. I get that he was a s*ave but it still feels weak personally. Like even just saying he missed his parents would be better than what we got. That would be the only reason I dropped a star, especially since it's the MC. But there is a big BUT that would be the other characters. The other characters help this story as you get to see different perspectives. From people who are curious to the point of being a child and see them grow all be it slowly. To the FMC, he finds he own feelings, along with trying to come to terms with her own selfishness and pride. This story has excellent side characters to the point where I like their own plot lines. Thought the real story is only beginning (the real story starts at 80). Dont jump to 80. Otherwise, it can be sort of confusing unless you read the wiki, but still, you lose context. I recommend this honestly the plot is spicy but also interesting. I don't find the characters dumb or anything even though actual communication could solve a majority of problems.🤦 Good read but all thoughts and opinions may change depending on the novel.
