I don't know what the comments below are talking about. The slow this dude is mentioning is the world building that's taking place to help immerse u into the story. The other one with the 1st 5 chps is basically like 4 pages of a manga, it's a conversation sure but it really does give a nice mature feeling between friends not like the betrayal cliche u see often but it does make u question MC if u don't read more. The thing with author was a part everyday or chp every 2 days and u can see flags being raised and who harem members are or will be. Overall very nice read with good pacing and world building where u keep clicking next and definitely has potential as I reached the point where he's building his unit? I guess soldiers work at this point maybe garrison. Hmm improvements might be maybe the scale was too big with 7 villages and not a well fuctional medium village with a few skilled workers and 3 well positioned villages (it looks good as stats but story uhhh) and I definitely like to see how he expands his home (city building style).
