This is the second time trying to read this novel, and I still can't help but think that either the author began the story too early or just made all the children too much of a genius to be able to think about complicated things or even be as eloquent. I'm not really expecting realism on ancient Chinese novels but as I have read too many well build characters and settings, this is harder for me to read.I also rarely based my opinion on some low rated reviews but as I've read some of those, that made me solidify my decision to stop reading this novel.I won't rate this as it isn't fair to rate this after 10 chapters but I will leave my opinion here lest I convince myself to try to read this again if I can't find anything else to read
