I've been reading mtl of this and it showed promise with some somewhat interesting ideas but it becomes more and more dominated by stories about office politics. It's too the point where combat and hunter stuff such happens only like once every few chapters. I'm not sure if it gets better later as I have not read that far and don't plan to read more, but after this arc is over it might get better.

The interesting thing about this is the way knowledge and regaining powers work with the system. Spoiler

It seems even if you know an ability and can perfectly do the actions, unless the system recognizes your actions there won't be any power behind the move. So to regain his powers he has to make the system understand his actions so he has to work to get his powers back in that way. There's also a few side characters with interesting abilities.

The annoying office politics has been going on for many chapters and seems it will continue for a while. Spoiler

It centers around him cleaning up the hunter association and his insistence on having people face judgement through the system. The main villain is the leader of the hunter prosecution who is corrupt. Hopefully, once the clean up of the association is finished the annoying politics could be finished and hunter stuff can take front and center. But I wouldn't be surprised if it just turns into guild politics, then international politics after that.
