It seems even if you know an ability and can perfectly do the actions, unless the system recognizes your actions there won't be any power behind the move. So to regain his powers he has to make the system understand his actions so he has to work to get his powers back in that way. There's also a few side characters with interesting abilities.
[collapse]The annoying office politics has been going on for many chapters and seems it will continue for a while. SpoilerIt centers around him cleaning up the hunter association and his insistence on having people face judgement through the system. The main villain is the leader of the hunter prosecution who is corrupt. Hopefully, once the clean up of the association is finished the annoying politics could be finished and hunter stuff can take front and center. But I wouldn't be surprised if it just turns into guild politics, then international politics after that.
