Return of the Sword God-Rank Civil Servant Chapter 40 Discussion

This novel is the definition of mid, or average. The MC is average, the plot is nothing special and average, the side characters are one dimensional and below average.

The strongest hunter on Earth gets backstabbed by his teammates who he trusted, and goes back in time. Cannot get anymore cliche than this, lol. Once he returns to the past, he proceeds to become overpowered so fast within a few chapters and apparently he doesn't need skills because he already has them from his past life. Sadly, even though he's powerful he is essentially the dog of the corrupt Korean government as he wants to still work a civil servant even after regression. I've never seen an MC this dumb before, willingly becoming a s*ave of their country. The Korean government did nothing for him when he got his ass handed to him by his teammates.

The only unique aspect of this novel is the fact that the MC becomes a healer. Essentially he's a swordsman + healer after regression because his past life's skills are automatically registered in his body.
