I wrote a pretty flattering rating (5 stars) when I was on Ch25-ish. On the next day I can now clearly say that this is easily Top 3 of worst novels I have ever read. This was the reading equivalent of eating deep-fried chicken liver for the first time. When reading the menu, it sounds pretty appetizing. And the presentation is nice as well. But after the first contact you realize that the texture is off. Why is it chewy? It still fried, so it tastes good, so you continue biting into it.Then after breaking through the crispy layer, you realize that the inside is no what you expect and it's clear that it's not super good. You keep on chewing and crispy beats are mixing with the liver part. It's a manageable taste. However, eventually, the magical crispy exterior is gone, and you realize it tastes like Crap. 10% Crispy. 90% Crap. You swallow it without trying to touch it with any tastebuds and it goes down okay. One piece is done, but you still have 8-9 pieces left. After going through this ordeal once, you decide to do it again and put another smaller piece in your mouth. You get the crisp part well, but then, you somehow forgot. 90% of the chicken liver taste like crap.. __. __. __. __. __. __. __. __. __. __. __. __. __. __. __. __. __. __. __. __. __. __. __. __. __. __. __. __.I do want to write an actual review of this story and where it goes wrong, but I don't want to go back and read through this garbageSo I might gets details a bit off. This story starts off well with the premise and has some extra flare that I personally thought of before. This story tackles this and at the start does fine, (It's a little padded between chapters 10-30. But it starts the premise very well.) In essence, the story has a lot of "promises" that it makes, but never delivers.
- The MC is part Psycho half the time, but never does anything to those who deserve (he actually goes out of his way to attack an "ally" in his 2nd life).
- The "allies" during this time get SO MUCH information that can change perspectives/outcomes, but never tells the rest of the people.
- The "enemies" of the story do their thing almost successfully and try to attack MC, but only "plans" and whatever.
The author was "dumbing" down characters to prolong this shitshow or2.
They didn't know where to go with this story and kept backing out on progressing the story.
