Well, the premise looks promising but indeed somehow I feel kinda sad for MC, he has to be trap in that condition. I would be really stressed if I were in his position, you know seeing mu*ders in front your eyes and while your heart can't handle it, the body responds it in that kind you know. Can't wait for more chapters.
