It's a pretty alright drama. Setting and plot points are kind of a mess, but it's not too distracting. The novel has kind of a fetish for mentally torturing women which is kind of funny at times in an unintentional way, but overall pretty good.Most of the appeal in this one is the heroines. MC's pretty cool, but not really too different from what you'd see in a usually dark KR novel. The meat and potatoes of the story never really focus entirely on him as a character and when it does later on, I'll admit, my eyes kind of glazed over reading his backstory. Besides that he's pretty alright as far as a vehicle to explore the world and it's characters with.If you like nice and heavy drama driven stories, you're probably going to enjoy this one.Spoiler
