The S-Classes That I Raised Chapter 155 Discussion

I like this novel. The beginning is very explanation heavy, and you have to draggg yourself through the first ten or so chapters. But it gets better after that.

I agree with the general consensus that the MC seems to be a bit lacking in a concrete goal. Right now since Spoiler

his relationship with his bro has improved a little, it seems to be to make it so his dongsaeng can live a comfy life.

[collapse] but it’s nothing too damaging to the story.

Characters are pretty interesting. People say that MC’s brother is a yandere, but wouldn’t you also be intensely protective and grateful towards the person who Spoiler

gave up their education and went to work early so you could live a better life? Maybe not on HYH’s level, but we’ve already seen that the guy is intense. It’s just how he is.

I’m gonna say it outright. The cutesie monster/whatever Chirpie is aspect is annoying. It feels like the author is excessively trying to make them cute and add some fluff to the novel, whereas I prefer the more serious scenes as they are cooler and what I came here for. I am, as you can see, a girl of simple tastes.

TLDR: it’s not the best novel out there. But I would recommend you give it a try. Once you make it past the first 10-20 chapters, you’ll be able to see if you really like it or not. It’s pretty interesting all round.
