Every novel has their own trope. For Korean novel, the general trope is that the male lead will become godlike and being revered by everyone everywhere. That trope is really strong here, where the story even provide a reason for everyone to love MC- to the point where the side characters didn't have any development for them. You would only find character development when the MC decided to save another character and put them in to his care. After that the character will pop out here and there, but their state will stay the same. Which is a shame, really. It's the same with other korean novel. The novel exist only from and for the MC. The others are just accessories to make him looks better. As several other mentioned, the MC changed his focus several times from living peacefully, to raising beast, to finding as many S rank hunter as possible. Changing focus is actually pretty usual, but the problem here is that the protagonist and the story lack a direction in which the plot need to move into. So what happened is, the reader are bombed with characters introduction and lots of event which doesn't seem to be connected at all.All the rant aside, this is still an interesting read. It just can't live to people's expectation.
