Regardless of how the main couple's relationship turns out in the future, the system at the very beginning colours the relationship early on.While MC is certainly helping FL due to his own life being at risk, and the FL is slowly falling in love with him due to lack of any other social interaction similar to Stockholm syndrome. His inner thoughts as well as the system pretty much see FL as nothing more than a points farm which is just scummy.
