it was very enjoyable early, but 3/4 into it, it's losing control of escalation. MC ignored some problems until they became massive problems. Everybody important knew that some people were a problem but took no action until they became bigger problems. Oh, he looks like he's wrapping things up too easily? Let's pull a new problem out of the air before he even finishes with the last problem. Couple that with dividing every chapter in half to drag it out and the fact that there's no real tension yet the author tries to keep everything at moderate tension for chapter after chapter with no release. It's just getting boring.if you like this kind of story, this will be great, but idk man, I think I realized like a week ago that this was getting boring.
