I really like it. I thought it was going to be an instance type of unlimited flow, but that wasn't the case. It's a everything-is-connected kind of horror, so some things that may seem trivial at best can turn out to be important (and vice-versa). It's like a puzzle, and each time I felt like I could piece it back together, they were like nope! It's more complicated than that. One advice I have to say, don't be like me and think that not named people are not important. Sometimes they get named forty chapters later when they reappear and damn my memory is bad lmao

I will definitely reread this story later now that I know all the how and why. Feels like a whole new perspective unlocked!

Spoiler

can't believe the first monster MC saw would stay annoying for most of the story lmao I really thought once he was gone he wouldn't reappear haha..

The romance is pretty secondary, though the nurturing is kind of important (and pretty funny when it's between absolute abject psychological horror scenes lol). Some times I was like, no don't go back to the action, I want more of the pampering!!! And others I was like, wait are you really going back to your phone when this problem is getting bigger?? Like, the horror imagery was pretty good sometimes. I wasn't expecting it, but I'm not complaining!

Spoiler

especially with the fields, damn I wish we got more than just a glimpse of them. It's a pity MC couldn't go there even when he tried - and when he finally could, it was final battle time lmao

It was also really interesting to see the evil god grow, as an entity and as a person. He calls himself "it" and has no name for the majority of the story, and start out really pessimistic and consumed by rage. The change is gradual, and he makes mistakes (though he is lucky MC didn't see them lmao), but he tries his best to remedy to the situation. Even his yandere tandencies get down a bit, even if he still tries to act like he's a big bad guy. But their whole relationship is sugary sweet and so not toxic. I was often scared there would be some bad misunderstandings that would ruin it, but there was only one (and it was resolved pretty quickly thanks to communication), and it wasn't for a lack of opportunities lmao I think the fact that the MC is a genuinely good person who tolerates a lot (due to his childhood) and is not scared to embrace different/new things helps a lot. And it makes me love him even more hehe...

So yeah, I like the MC and the ML - even if they aren't perfect, they try their best and it's what matters :))

Spoiler

Poor ML only gets a name in the last chapter of the main story lmaoo

I also think that's also the chapter when they get together - so a really late romance. Not complaining tho, they were sweet before, and get even sweeter in the extras.

I absolutely loved some of the concepts used. Wish I could have seen more of them, but I understand the story was already pretty long. At some point I was scared it would be some sort of rushed ending, but I think most issues were resolved accordingly, especially considering MC and ML's powers. I also appreciate the fact that even if ML used his powers to deal with something that everyone was scared of pretty easily, at least MC and other secondary characters were prepared for it, not just waiting for some deus ex machina.

Spoiler

It felt at first like Elysium/Paradise arc and the Gentleman Doll arc were resolved pretty quickly, especially after all the prettu scary warnings. But in the end, it feels more fitting. Because after all, they were never MC's enemy. It was just another monster using their existence to scare/entice others. Wish we could have seen more tho : (

And for the Gentleman Doll Shop's resolution... lmao. What an ending. It actually made me laugh.

(I'm just frustrated by the lack of info on the problem between the Gentleman Doll shop and the Door's faces. Like, I wanna what the deal was! And especially what happened to those faces!!! I ended up really liking them lol)

The secondary characters were... interesting. Really shows how morally grey characters can have different impacts. I was frustrated sometimes because MC could have helped in some occasions, but I understand that realisticly speaking, it was for the best to wait. Also on the realistic side... the deaths and the not-deaths of some characters. Sometimes, even if you try your best you can't win. And often, survival really relies on luck, and luck doesn't only favors good people. And it's also easy to make innocent mistakes that can get a pretty big impact later on

Spoiler

sad the guy (lu something I think) ended up dying bc of the weird monster that was in the walls : ((

on the other hand, MC and the government showing on the scarecrow fields ready to fight to death... only to interrupt ml's plan to fight against the big red brain worm thingy was pretty funny ngl like, get out the way mf lmao
